3. Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on the dan777 platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether for personal use or to take advantage of promotions — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

Registration

During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address and contact number. You must keep this information current. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without return of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. dan777 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. You must:

• Never share your login credentials with any other person
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices
• Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete)

• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method that has been used for deposits on the account, or that has been verified as belonging to the account holder

Bonus Expiry

7. Sports Betting Rules

Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the platform. A bet slip showing a selection does not constitute a confirmed bet. You will receive a confirmation reference for each accepted bet. It is your responsibility to check that your bet has been accepted before the event starts.

Odds and Market Changes

Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. If odds change between the time you submit a bet and the time the platform processes it, the bet will either be accepted at the current odds or returned to you, depending on your odds preference setting. In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the moment of acceptance.

Bet Settlement

All bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, ICC for international matches). In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted or reduced in overs, bets will be settled in accordance with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable, or voided at the platform's discretion if no official result is declared.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within 72 hours
• The bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or incorrect odds
• The player placed a bet on an event in which they have a direct interest or involvement

Voided bets have their stake returned to the player's account balance.

Malfunctions

In the event of a system malfunction, software error or disconnection during a game round, dan777 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the player. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake is payable in the event of a technical malfunction.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

9. VIP Programme

The dan777 VIP Programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Participation in the VIP programme is open to all registered players and begins automatically upon account registration at Bronze level.

Points and Tier Progression

• Providing fraudulent payment details or using payment methods that do not belong to you

• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant; balances in dormant accounts are preserved but access may be restricted pending re-verification

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any active bonuses will be cancelled. Your real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions are met. 13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, dan777 shall not be liable for:

The platform's total liability to any player in connection with their account shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months prior to the relevant claim.

14. Privacy and Data

15. Changes to These Terms

dan777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address and/or via a notice displayed on the platform upon next login.

The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
